Parts not coming out square, flat, parallel? Blends suck? Corners blowing out? Pick ups way off?  Interpolated Holes not round? Backlash out of control? These are all obviously indicators of lost geometry, accuracy or both. Your machine may not be broken but at this point it isn’t doing what it was designed to do.
